'Law and Order (The Plain Dealer) A Euclid woman was indicted Friday by a Cuyahoga County grand jury on charges of scamming an auto dealer and a Broadview Heights man who sold her his car in October. Charice Littlejohn, 20, will be arraigned Nov. 21 on charges of theft and receiving stolen property.
